Q?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A.

On average, if the product is in stock at the time of your order, you can expect delivery waits as follows.

Australian Regular Registered Orders: Within 3-9 working days from order dispatch.

Australian Express Registered Orders: Within 1-3 working days from order dispatch.

Other International Orders (regular registered mail): It usually takes from 5 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. The Express Courier option may be a good alternative if delivery time is important to you.

If the product is out of stock, you will be prompted to join our waitlist. This means we will email you when we have an idea when the item you seek is likely to be available again.

Q?

What if I order a product but it doesn’t fit me?

A.

Our size guide you find with each product gives you the measurements you need to make an informed decision to order the correct size for a close fitting product. Order a size up from that if you prefer say, a loose fitting jersey. However, sometimes when you receive your order something just doesn't fit right no matter how careful you were. No problem. As long as you've only tried on the product for size, and it still has it's tags etc then returning the product for a different size is no hassle. See the Shipping and Returns tab under that product's page for more info, and to download the Return Form to correctly return the item.

Q?

How do I wash and look after my cycling garment?

A.

Fabric Deterioration

Sweat is toxic. On some individuals it's more, on others it's less. The phenomenon occurs because of bacterial attack.
In order to minimize this problem, we recommend you wash the garment after each ride.
Never store the garment moist or in a closed environment like a plastic bag.
Do not hang the garments in the direct sunlight.
Do not use bleachers and/or softeners. Use a mild liquid detergent only.
Dry garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.

Fabric pilling does not occur by itself. It always is the result of abrasion.
Water hydration packs are a major source of pilling (abrasion damage) on cycling jerseys or knicks. This is due to rough areas on the pack, mostly from velcro straps.
Do not wash together with gloves, bags, rain jackets, etc. because of the Velcro straps!

Q?

What warranty do I get?

A.

Although the cycling environment is a harsh place for garments, we are so confident in our products that we are happy to offer a 3 month manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing fault. This does not include things caused by washing, wearing, friction or damage occurring from accidents or deliberate means.

Should you need to claim a new product due to manufacturing defects simply click on a similar item in our store and read the information under the Shipping and Returns tab.

Q?

What happens if you don’t have my size in stock?

A.

We tend to carry larger volumes of the commonly ordered sizes and less of the rarely ordered sizes. If you need a jersey that is out of stock you will be prompted to join our waitlist when you select the size. This is well worth doing as, if we know someone is waiting for specific size not in stock, we are more likely to get more of those jerseys made up sooner rather than later.

Remember also that the chest measurement "A" in the size guide relates to a close fitting jersey. If you are a person who prefers a loose fit then simply order one size up.

Q?

When will new designs be available?

A.

At this point in time we are expecting to keep a select number of designs available in our store at any time. Every few months we will switch out some designs, or add a few to keep the selection fresh and changing. We have many designs already created just waiting in our wings for their chance to adorn the riding public.

Q?

Can I suggest a new design idea?

A.

Yes. Obviously we can't run with every suggestion we get but we do like to respond if we think the market is looking for such a design. We have a network of fellow riders we can discuss each idea with (as well as our Facebook followers) and decide if we think an idea is worth pursuing. So please, by all means, make a suggestion if you have one, but please don't be offended if we don't go ahead with it. And in that case, you might like to get your idea done as a custom jersey just for you and your friends.

Q?

I race in small team of friends. Will you design a team jersey for us?

A.

Sure! We are happy to do custom orders for anyone from professional cycling teams to clubs and even jerseys for small teams of individuals. Let us know your team name, your preferred colour(s) and any image ideas you may have and we'll create a jersey design for you to see and approve before ordering.

Bare in mind you should be prepared to order a minimum of 4 jerseys as pricing for smaller amounts makes the individual jerseys very expensive.
