It’s always great to have repeat business and when Momentum Is Your Friend asked about cycling vests to match their jerseys we previously supplied for them, we were stoked to oblige! Windproof vests are new to our custom inventory at time of writing but we are sure they will be a popular accessory for many custom designs in the future.
The newly formed South Burnett MTB Club came to us for their inaugural club jersey. Their logo gave us a strong colour palette to work with. We looked for a way to give the club a striking jersey that their members could be proud of. A gradient of grey to black, framed with red set the look and feel of this project. The club have done a good job of getting sponsor interest which has added an element of professionalism to the design as well. The club may be new at the time of ordering this jersey but they look like a well established club on the trails. It was an honour for us to help them out.
This design was created for Johnos Riding Adventures in Newcastle, NSW. They had a white logo but no colours. Looney Parrot took an iconic element from Newcastle city and integrated it into the design to create this strong silhouette based jersey.
This was an interesting request. Seems some of the rugby players and staff at the Hamilton Rugby Club like to pedal too. The parameters were simple, they supplied the big logo (on the back of the design) and said design something with two horizontal stripes that harks to the club rugby jerseys but is unique for the club cycling group. The other logos came later in the process.
We decided to play on the club’s nickname, “Hawks” and used the bird from the initial logo to create a distinctive point of interest in an otherwise basic club design. The result is a jersey that instantly recognisable to club members and fans, yet clearly stand alone and effective on the bike.
