How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australian Regular Registered Orders: Within 3-9 working days from order dispatch.

Australian Express Registered Orders: Within 1-3 working days from order dispatch.

Other International Orders (regular registered mail): It usually takes from 5 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. The Express Courier option may be a good alternative if delivery time is important to you.


Want to return an item you have purchased?

No problem, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Contact us via email and describe your reason for needing to return the product and we'll give you an authorisation code.
Download and fill in the return form (link below) and send the form with the item(s) to be returned back to the Looney Parrot.

Returned items must be in original, unwashed and unworn (other than being tried on for size) condition and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. We will quickly assess the issue and send out a replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged as Looney Parrot cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Looney Parrot can only accept returns for purchases made from the Looney Parrot website by the original purchaser.

Please note: Sale and custom items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Please choose carefully.

Who pays the postage for a return?

The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method as both you and Looney Parrot can track the return if there are any problems. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse.

How do we process refunds?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of their arrival back to our head office address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes unless it is a discontinued product as we will occasionally put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items will be clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded.

What if I am sent a defective item?

All Looney Parrot products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. Faults can occur however from time to time that slip through the quality checking processes. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will typically request you return the faulty item to us for replacement or refund if it is no longer available. We will refund your reasonable postage costs on any defective item.

What about currency fluctuations for refunds?

As all our transactions are processed in AUD we are unable to account for foreign currency fluctuations. In the unlikely need to refund the transaction will be based on the original purchase AUD price. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If a suitable size is not available from stock then the customer can choose another design, credit or a refund.
Looney Parrot can not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping or selection of incorrect sizes by the customer.
